I purchased this video in 1989 and I still love it to this day. This was the time when football really took off. England won the world cup in 1966. George Best, Bobby Charlton, Jimmy Greaves, Bobby Moore... All the heroes from this golden era are featured. There are several games from when MotD began broadcasting in colour. intercontinental tittle match william regal vs rvd an ok match but it was a bit slow and boring but a good opener none the less 6/10 european championship match ddp vs christian not bad actualy bit slow but funny at the end of the match were christian has a tantrum7/10 harcore championship match maven vs goldust this match was hard to get into as maven was a rookie and inexperianced. Lack of weapons but realy good when the 24/7 rule comes into play as it goes all through the night.7/10 Kane vs Kurt angle this was a good match it kept me glued to the t.v. but a dissapointing ending.8/10 undertaker vs ric flair.no dq. I'm a West Ham fan, I bought this video for obvious reasons. Its a great vid featuring all Di Canio's goals at West Ham so far. Plus interviews, and some outtakes from his appearance in the FILA advert. Some of the goals are breathtaking though. The one against Wimbledon was amazing. I found myself constantly rewinding and replaying that one. After watching it you realise what an incredible player he is. How the ITALIAN national team can fail to pick him is baffling. >>More Details |
