only tried this for one day, so dont know if my opinion would of changed after giving it a bit longer, but to me it just seems pointless, the exercises were just boring and seemed a waste of time, like drink a glass of water, now sit up and down on chair 10 times. the pedometer looks bulky and realistically i wouldnt want that showing at work all day on my trousers. i have since lost weight, through a lot more work than that would of asked me to do!, 4 days a week in the gym and a low calorie diet. i dont think that game is going to do much for people personally, and it seems quite boring
