so i have had Mario Kart for over... i duno just before summer, It starts out as just cool game, easy to get the hang of, just start on the low levels and work onto the hardest. There are 32 tracks? i think then you have all of them in reverse when you get to a certain level. then you have bikes or cars to choose from. loads of weapons! When you get to playing on it with friends its great, can make enemies for the bad loosers out there but hey its great fun winning. Then you start playing online! and god thats the best thing that you could for this game, the online is AMAZING! yeh sometimes you get smashed by the stupidly good people that play but its just so much more fun playing for points for your mii. and if a friend is over you can play ... A lot of people have posted on here slating the game. Yes, its not fantastic, but its not meant to be! Its a way of introducing people to the new controller and how to use it. Yes, it has nothing on wii sports, but it never claims to be anything brilliant.
There are ten mini games. Honestly, you wont play them all over and over again, however if you have young kids they will love the chase game where you play as a cow, its easy to control and play and kids love it. Also the shooting game is quite fun, if you are looking for a mindless game after a busy day at work.
At the end of the day, buy it, but dont expect anything beyond a few mini games! In my opinion, its worth having, and you might find yourself playing it on ... Read More:

I am a huge football manager franchise fan and thought I would treat myself today so popped into WHS - what a MISTAKE I made!!!
I have just read the other reviews and agree with all the 1 stars - it took me four hours to get it loaded (the phone activation is an absolute joke by the way) and to my horror the game was slow (on a brand new sony laptop) and everytime I typed in a players name the letters came up twice!!
The game will be going back tomorrow as I can't be bothered downloading all the patches needed just in the first month of release.
I agree with a previous poster - AMAZON SHOULD WITHDRAW THIS GAME FROM SALE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - the fact that a product has so many errors indicates that it is probably ... Read More:

I bought this prior to a family holiday to France. Not having any previous experience of Brain Training, I decided to go for this version rather than the original after reading other reviews, and what a joy it was. I kept the game hidden until we boarded the ferry. When I got it out, I was expecting cries of 'oh no! Not brain training - why did you get that mum??' BUT instead all were delighted, and the whole family, young and old, played it every single day of our trip, and indeed fighted over who's turn it was. I highly recommend this game if you are planning a long journey, or just want to provide your family with some educational entainment that everyone can enjoy that doesnt involve the telly.

I've had this game a few weeks now and have improved a lot.
I have always been rubbish with numbers and this has helped immensely.
My reading hasn't really improved though :( Not that it's that bad...
I'm not sure if the training has rubbed off into the real world yet, but at least I can see improvements by doing the daily training.
It has a good range of daily training tests you can perform and the more days you train mean the more tests you can choose from. Also the better you get it adds a harder level to some of the tests.
I don't use the voice recognition tests anymore as for me it does not recognise when I say black most of the time.
I have been alternating between PES and Fifa since PES was ISS back in the late 90's. There has been a lot of difference and similarities in these games over the years, that many have produced a schematic view that PES was better gameplay and FIFA had the nice graphics and official statistics.
To be honest the last few years have seen quite the turnaround. Since I obtained a 360 I was RIDICULOUSLY addicted to Pro 6 in which the online experience and gameplay were complimented by nice graphics and only flaws were idiotic reviewers saying that "Martin Tyler said the goal went in 3 seconds after it went in instead of 1.7 seconds."
So as you can see I was rather skeptical when my brother brought home FIFA 08, let alone when I bought ... Read More:

When i first got this game i thought it would be quite disapointment but i was wrong the graphics look great the stadiums look realistic the only disapointment is that theres no ref on the pitch or linesmen and it doesn't have cut scenes when players get booked also little things like players like Agbonglahor, micah richards etc could have there shirts untucked as its not very realistic every player having there shirt tooked in also the premier league goalkeepers could have there real kits because i am stoke fan i was really looking forward to seeing Sorenson in his kit but was disapointed to see he wasn't just in the boring ea blue kit that every goalie wears apart from the big 4 newcastle, everton spurs etc it wouldn't harm ea to fo a few more. Also you ... Read More:

This is a good attempt at a golf franchise for the Wii, but it is far from perfect. Lots of modes, and good attention to character customisation cannot save it from being a bit disappointing. It becomes clear as you progress, that EA got to the point where they felt "this'll do for now, lets get it on the shelves before we have to start work on Tiger Woods PGA tour 10". Putting is a major weak point, and the Wiimote is not sensitive enough to cope with small movements. All the putt previews and help indicators won't stop you from smacking the ball across the other side of the green, again and again.
A major flaw comes when you score a hole-in-one. Your character runs around the green celebrating like a lunatic, the crowd goes wild, a hole in ... Read More:
