I bought this game expecting it to be almost a exact replica of call of duty 4 which was the game i played most on my xbox. This game i thought was a bit of a disapointment. Its so similar to COD4 that it gets boring very quickly. Not the campagin that is just as good as COD 4 (even if just as short) If you are buying this to play just at home with no live account or have not already bought and played the hell out of COD4 on live then it is a awesome WWII FPS but otherwise its too samey

Next to the wonderful graphics, the game was lots of fun, except for the very unpleasant flamethrower scenes, right until I upped it to the max level. Let me explain.
Single Player, I am part of a small Russian squad trying to flush the Germans out of the Seelow Heights, a hilly and forested landscape. My team mates all stand more or less out in the open, several are far ahead of me, and most are shooting at ...something. Whenever I try to sneak the tiniest bit closer, or stand upright, all hell breaks loose. And I am dead in two seconds. Where to start??
Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock, was a great game - a really great game! So for Neversoft the game was on to create a sequel that would do justice to the series - and boy have they delivered! With over 80 songs, from all genres (country - metal!) there is something for everyone. Its really easy to pick up and play, especially with the new beginner stage! Alongside the songs on the disc it is possible to create your own, or download more from GHtunes. You can also purchase more songs using wii points from the online store. best wii game in a long time is great fun. Even though it would be better if it was full of all the sabre fight in the saga it is still brill

I got this game for my birthday and thought great! I had seen it on the internet and thought it looked fantastic. When I played it I was still thinking this is awesome. You may be thinking why the 3 stars then? Well I played it and completed it in just a few days, less than 8 hours to be precise. During these hours you can use the wii's motion sensitivity quite well but after 3 or 4 levels you're thinking is there ever going to be a differing level? I mean you go to a planet kill the natives and then kill a boss. Then you go back to your ship get a new boss to kill from Lord Vader, go to their planet kill the natives and then kill the boss. This is my first Call Of Duty purchase. An all round great first person shooter on the wii. Great fun to play with the wii zapper attachment. I like everything about this game. Best Bond game since GoldenEye? Getting this game the day it came out was therefore a no brainer, plus I've been gagging for some decent action games on the Wii so was v.excited.
Yesterday, I completed the only level to slightly test me...turned out to be the final level which I must say I was supprised about. QOS is pretty standard stuff, rushed in parts to leave a feeling of what could have been. Should you buy it? Why not.......but sell it once you've competed it. Online play? It's fun but full of absolute pro's so unless you want to spend HOURS AND HOURS getting really good you'll find you're wipped out pretty quickly. >>More Details |

What can I say? Bought the game and like many, many others have wasted many hours to try and get it to work. Without any success of course. At least got some use out the game in a sense I suppose. It's a great shame 'cause my friends are able to play COD5 and seem to be enjoying it very much.

Well what can I say --I am one of the many who ordered before 14th Nov expecting to get a free bass guitar! Trying to get to Amazon and get any help has provided me with 2 hours frustration spent talking on the phone or typing emails to various Amazon addresses. They should be checked out under the Trades Description Act for False advertising - or is it the Guitar Hero site which provides the link with the free Bass Guitar advert that needs the criticism --whichever it is, I hope all other customers who have been disappointed get what they ordered or vouchers to compensate for the hassle we have to go through for our kids Christmas Presents!!

This is a fantastic game!!
The songs are pretty much good rock songs! Personally I like this kind of music, but friends of mine who are not fans still love this game, and many a night has been spent rocking out to Hit me with your best shot by Pat Benatar or Barracuda by Heart. One of my favourite songs is Cliffs of Dover by Eric Johnson, this amazing song gets stuck in your head as you jam! You only have to do a quick search on youtube to find thousands of videos showing you songs and gameplay, and the ultimate challenge to get 100% on Through the Fire and the Flames by Dragonforce!
