Keep away from this printer ,read all the complaints , this machine DRINKS ink and i mean drink.The paper jams easy as well this is the worst buy i ever made ,cannot put other than epson cartridges in it, once youve taken them out it wont except the old ones back.
epson have really made a money making machine DONT BE FOOLED,spend your hard earned cash else where or just throw it out the window instead of lining epsons pocket, going to bin this rubbish and look at a reliable hp, Please take advise given by others as well, wish someone had warned me. My rx520 was working just fine when suddenly i get a message E90 on the screen which means you have to have it serviced (which btw would be more expensive than getting another printer). It turns out this message comes up because epson have installed timers or counters into their printers. so after a certain amount of usage your printer will simply die. Epson's excuse is that it is to prevent ink leaking onto your desk. And seems to be that's all it is - an EXCUSE to RIP YOU OFF, because after all, they could have allowed the scanner to continue working, couldn't they? But no, the whole all-in-one is dead.
Shame, i liked the negative scanning facility. I've been loyal to epson, had a stylus 740 and an stylus 810 in the past but next time ... Read More: >>More Details |
