Oh dear!
Comments that are prevalent throughout many of the critical reviews both on Amazon Uk and elsewhere online can also be attributed to my own experiences: The Printer often goes "offline" immediately after printing a page - and also when idle for a time. No firmware fixes for this common problem! Also, after installing new ink, I found that the printer is printing "blank" - ie spooling and the carriage is working...but not jetting ink. HP UK tell me this is a "common problem" and that I need to replace the cartridge carrier. To be honest, I'd already had enough of the offline problem - so, I think I'll bin this one and buy a Canon MP210 instead! Oh dear indeed.... >>More Details |

I bought this printer and set up on network, now I forgot the user password, when I approached canon, they told me to take that to a service centre- so they can charge and make some money. What an obsurd suggestion. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER
