I bought this machine for it's scan/fax/copy functions. I make very few copies and the other jobs don't need ink. Without doing any printing the software has reported the emptying of ink cartridges. Now when I want to make a copy it won't let me even though I want mono and I know there is black ink.
I guess there is timing software on the cartridges. Avoid this product if you don't do much printing. >>More Details |

It is literally like this machine is plotting to ruin my life and drive me insane. I think about one in every three prints it jams and it is the least intuitive and easy to access machine once it jams - you have to squash your fingers round the back to try to pull out scraps of paper, which all tear as you try to prise out your wrecked print out from the machine. I would steer well well clear....
