The photo quality prints are indeed stunning. (If the printer software is set to produce photo quality.)
I have an issue with some of the advertising material for this product: it does not make it clear that the term 'photo paper tray' does not refer to the type of paper usually used for printing near professional results, but to the size. After reading the literature, but before buying, I was of the impression that there were two full size paper trays - one for plain paper and another for photo type paper: that is not the case - the photo paper tray holds, typically, up to 20 sheets of 4 inch by 6 inch 'photo' quality paper. The photo tray rests on top of the plain paper tray. In addition, to utilise the photo tray one has ... Read More:

The things the P4350 print are fair enough quality, but my one has a lot of huge problems with it:
1) 'The paper is jammed'. When the paper gets jammed, even if you do press the clear button, it doesn't always clear, and when it does, it doesn't want to turn off;that means you have got to turn it off by the mains, which can actually screw up your computer.
2) 'communication not available'. When this happens, you have to turn it off by the mains (which can screw up your computer), or spend all day up looking at that annoying blue light the printer shows
3) 'No paper'. Normally, I have to fill in the paper slot 1 by 1, as if I put more than one, it says'the paper is jammed'. This gets annoying after a while. Also, you have to ... Read More:

This all in one includes a good colour printer and will both scan and print in duplex. Another review has had problems with Vista, all I can say is it loaded fine with my Vista 64 bit machine. The only problem I have encountered was caused by scanning thin sheets through the ADF which then mis-fed. This should not be unexpected with very light weight paper, but it is easy enough to clear the jam.
This machine, like many modern printers from many makers these days, uses "chipped" ink cartridges. This is a device used by the manufacturers to get you to buy their ink, but Canon are not alone with this. These chips are clearly another source of faults, see other reviews.
