This really is a brilliant printer and copier (I haven't used the fax so can't comment on that). The print is crisp and clear, it's quiet and quick.
I like the fact that it has USB ports for cameras etc., and also memory card slots so you can print directly from these.
It has an easily accessable feed tray positioned at the top of the machine (on the lid of the scanner)
The control panel is intelligently positioned on the front of the machine and is easy to use (even without reading the instruction manual first!)
BUT.....
It comes without a connection cable! So after I'd carefully sorted it all out, loaded the software into my PC etc. etc. etc. and excitedly went to connect it ... Read More:

We have used this printer in our family of four for over a year now and are really delighted with it. I use it for work (reports including diagrams), my wife uses it for her university art degree and our children use it for school work. We all use it to print photographs. It has worked flawlessly for over a year. We have it connected to two desktop and two laptop machines via an ethernet network. A particularly nice feature is that when the printer reports "the (yellow/ black/ whatever) cartridge has run out" you can press the "OK" button and it continues to print without changing the cartridge. So you can keep going until the ink really has run out.

This is my second wireless printer, the last one being a Lexmark, which broke after 18 months and was not economic to repair.
The HP6410 I found to be far more reliable than my old Lexmark and a little more compact.
The HP6140 can connect either wireless, USB, Ethernet and Bluetooth.
Fax, scan, print, copy and best of all it has a 250 sheet paper tray as opposed the, circa, 100 sheet tray many of its rivals use
The unit takes 1 x colour & 1 x Black and white cartridge. Initially it appeared to drink ink, however if you buy the XL size cartridge and adjust the print setting to normal or draft use the ink will last as long as most any other ink jet printer out there based on the same settings.
I now have about 7 months experience with this all-in-one professional printer, scanner, and copier. I has a high quality of printing, relatively simple to use, scans documents into PDF format, and is robut. Amazon delivered it to me free of charge. Original and genuine ink cartridges are expensive but last long. It can work wireless with an additional equipment. I highly recommend it to thos professionals with a small office to run. ARABETH

I bought this item nearly 4 months ago and it has yet to impress me in any way. It is noisy, slow, prone to the jets clogging and the software windows are a pain to navigate. For example when the jets do clog you have to right click the printer icon and go to printing preferences and the back tab is maintenance. The printer has no option to print black and white so if you run out of a colour cartridge the whole thing stops. Until the cartridge is replaced. Epsom have made great effort with this to prevent anyone using other than Epsom cartridges and will even say the cartridge is not recognised on their own products. The printer uses ink at an alarming rate especially if the jets clog. My one has been unusable awaiting ink more often than it has been in use. ... Read More:

We'd purchased several cheaper Shredders before reaching this choice and having great success.
This has a good quality motor - strong and powerful and does not appear to 'strain' as other models we had before it. There are cheaper ones out there, but due to the short life span of them, really isn't worth wasting your money... Buy one of these - this is by far the best we've seen and looks really cool too! Has a sort of 'curvy' 60s look about it.
Great value!
TIP: Don't 'abuse' your Shredder by trying to destroy things it's not meant to handle - only shortens the life and ruins the blades. Remember: it's meant to shred paper!

No cable to connect to your computer, my last Epson had one so I was lucky. I wonder how many use this without a computer?- pull your socks up Epson, you soon recover your costs from the ink sales!
I've had this printer for 8 months. I wish I still had my old Epson!!
Works fine 50% of the time and the quality is OK, but the jets get clogged too frequently and head cleaning drinks SO MUCH INK it's a crime. If it were able to clean the only ones that get blocked it wouldn't be so bad.. what a waste!
I'm a loyal sort, if a brand gives me good service I'll stick with it, but this wont make me want to stay with Epson the next time.

I bought this printer in US to realize the UK Inks would fit, but would not work. After "paying" for new 3180 in UK, it begin having problems only one month after the purchase. By them I had no warranty anymore!
From paper jammed to cartridge malfunctions, it had it all. Avoid it.

Not only does this device not allow the use of all functions of my canon MFP, as it states, it also blew the fuses on my surge protector and main fusebox.
