Great board but do not bother using an Palit Nvidia GT8800 with this board...my PC did not even post when fitted...Huh, Nvidia Geforce 7025 chipset on motherboard married with a Nvidia GT8800 chipset on the graphics card...no way! I could not believe it myself. Fitted the GT8800 to an older ASROCK ALIVENFG6 and all works perfectly!
Firewire is a bonus and the Windows BIOS update system works a treat. Fitted an LG SATA HiDef and BluRay dvd drive to the GA-M68SM and it was recognized straight away, so good Mboard for a media centre (as long as you use an ATI graphics set-up for Hidef playback) Only 4 stars due to my GT8800 issue! >>More Details |
