A very well made adaptor that allows both to and from UK, Euro 2-pin, angled 2-pin, US 2-pin and, with the additional adaptor plate, to charge via a USB socket. This is a very good selling point which many others fail to address.
The main downside is the lack of any CE marking, which is not surprising as there is no earth continuity, so should not be used where you have/need an earth connection.
Mine has been recently 'condemned' by my companies PAT (Portable Appliance Test)testing contractor so must be removed from company premises.
In summary, they have made a very good adaptor but Swiss have failed to understand the need for earth connections, so have half done the design job, however it should be an ... Read More:

Ordered online Tue evening. Uncertain if delivered next day as collected from concierge Thu afternoon. Actual charger delivered is square and bears the nokia branding. Contrary to other reviews, it is without any charging light. It is NOT as depicted on amazon. One minor complaint is that the charger did not appear to be new. Works nonetheless, and my 6300 is (so far) successfully charging away. Fingers crossed.

Quick and easy to install, and fascinating to use. Just done a walkaround the house turning things on and off key learning = don't have children, and eat cold food :-)!

Agreed that it is not precisely accurate, but that is not the point of this well-priced gizmo. It is accurate enough to tell you what are high drain items which common-sense will tell you to use less often (cost, environment etc.) It also tells you the background level of usage (standby items etc.) which is the real benefit. As it makes you think about your usage, it will also help you to change your consumption patterns. Personally I think it would be a good idea for the power companies to subsidise these and offer them to customers...but then again, who am I kidding? Incidentally, it is ridiculously easy to set up, and the typo's in the instruction manual are amusing!

This energy and power monitor does what it says and does it pretty well. I tried two different plug-in meters and this one was by far the best.
I didn't bother with any of the devices that are attached to the live cable next to the house's main electricity meter, as these can't measure actual power consumed (i.e. what you're billed for). Only plug-in meters can give you an accurate measure of this, though of course you can't use them to directly measure e.g. showers or cookers as they don't have a plug (with a little effort though, you can use the meter to work out how much energy one revolution of your normal electricity meter corresponds to, which you can then use to measure consumption for items like showers that don't have a plug).

Recently my Mum said that her Sky+ box kept crashing. Sky has replaced numerous boxes and still they crash/fail. They are known to have cheap power supplies, which would suggest they would have no tolerance to power fluctuations. I have never ever had any trouble with my box. However my box gets its power from a Belkin PureAV Home Cinema Surge Protector, which I bought to protect my HDTV (this set up was in my Mum's house before I moved out and I had no problems). So I thought I would try one on my Mum's setup. Sure enough she hasn't experienced one problem since it went in. So they obviously do something.
