First thing that struck me about this battery was its weight - the original lumix battery weighs 24 grams this one weighs 16 grams: fits perfectly, seems to work fine, after 15 minutes continuous video recording the batt indicator on my DMC-TZ5 had gone down one bar, two thirds the weight - lasts about two thirds the time of the original, for the price a good backup battery.

"Spare" battery. Pretty much essential for all but the most casual of users. So, if you're using the likes of a D80 and above you're probably a "keen amateur".
These batteries represent a considerable saving versus ordinary disposable batteries as these should provide over 500 charges at a purchase cost of around £6 for 4. Disposable batteries are about £2.50 for 4 so over just 10 charges that's £19 saved (as the electricity to charge costs a fraction of a penny). Imagine the savings after 50 or 100 charges of batteries used in a wireless gamepad...
Also rechargeable batteries last much much longer in high drain uses such as cameras and LED lights so overall are a great choice.

Bought these for use on holiday to save cash on mobile phone bills. We used them between two cars whilst out driving. The advertised 3km range is widely optimistic - we found they worked for about 400m if the other car was in plain view without obstruction. They probably work much better out of the car and in open space but haven't tried that so couldn't comment.
Having said that they are pretty cheap, have a very good battery life and come with a neat desktop charger/holder.

I bought these particular headphones a few months ago after reading the mostly positive reviews and the reasonably low price suited my budget at the time.
The intervening period has confirmed what the majority of posters have said about this product, that it is superb for the price.
I found the sound quality to be most agreeable for a wireless set-up, and I have been able to move round the house freely with no discernable degradation in volume or clarity. Moving a distance of 20m down to the bottom of my garden does no harm either.
The other reviews do mention the issue with a slight hiss when the volume is quite low, or if there is a break in sound, say between music tracks, but I found if you experiment with the headset ... Read More:

Another great purchase from amazon , does exactly what it says on the tin. Quick 1 hour charge for AA and AAA batteries, and the AA ones supplied held that charge much better than i thought it would and probably comparable to good alkaline batteries. Should save me some money now as i do go through a lot of batteries. Good price too.

Have now had this approx 2 weeks and so far so good. I had previously bought the "Uniross Charger Xpress 300", which worked for a grand total of 5 minutes, and never again after!! So I was dissappointed and hesitant about buying a recharger and had more or less resigned myself to a life of the eco-unfriendly but nevertheless ubiquitous disposables. But I saw this, read the overall favourable reviews, and thought that I'd gamble a fiver! And so far I am impressed! Though early days, it has already outlived my Uniross Charger Xpress 300 by a thousand miles!!! Once bitten twice shy!
I would recommend getting a USB extension cable, as depending on the model of the computer and where/how the USB slots are located, this recharger won't fit into ... Read More:
