For an amatuer photographer on a tight budget, this a good product, as similar products can cost 3-4 times as much or more.
It does the job of making skyes look a deeper shade of blue and can increase contrasts in photos, but to a limited scale. I sometimes have to add ontop of the filter a UV or Sky filter to achieve the effects I want in pictures.
It comes with a small handle for easier turning, which i find helpful. All round it is a cheap lense, that does a good job. Worth buying.

Excellent quality filter - a polariser is a must have for every lens and this Hama jobbie is great value at this size. Used on my Sigma 10-20mm, it's never off the lens!
