I have purchased and have personal use of this product. Ideal for anyone who has any difficulties in lifting a Kettle and/or having to stand and wait for the boil. Simple as pushing a button, cup/mug is simply placed on the worktop under the nozzle the pre programmed amount of water is dispensed into the cup/mug and that's it. I fill the water in the tank and can leave the device with full peace of mind knowing the extra safety of this product will take care of things!... I notice few reviews have mentioned the key advantage over a standard kettle.

There is not much to say about this chipper, apart from the fact that it does the job clean and quick. The lever on it could have been a bit longer to make it even easier to push down.

I am writing this review because I love the Tefal Quick Cup and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Both my husband and I use it on a regular basis and after 5 weeks we're still using the original cartridge which I think is excellent. As for energy saving then it remains to be seen if our electric bills go down, but at the same time as buying this kettle we did change all our light bulbs to energy saving ones, but in this climate I guess every little helps. The only downside of the Tefal Quick Cup is how noisy it is, but since its only for a few seconds per cup its easy to put up with. I was so excited about buying it and couldnt wait to use it, but when i did i was disapointed. Not once has it taken the lid off completely, you have to re-do it half way round.
I also find it very noisy like an electric mixer. I brought one for my Aunty who has artaritus in her hand, for Xmas but theirs know way i would even give it as a gift now. Hopefully in future it might improve. X >>More Details |

Growing up with a Chinese mother who cooks the best chinese, I have developed a very good palate. I consider myself a foodie and relish in cooking, but always go back to the basics, which is Chinese.
This book is an excellent source of inspiration for people who can cook and also easy enough for beginners. A review here said the food was bland and I beg to differ. Growing up in Hong Kong, the Chinese I know relied on the freshest ingredients to deliver the best flavours. Spices were used minimally.
