Rating: - Raw Food Made Easy
This has good information for anyone interested in making raw food meals using basic kitchen equipment. Delicious and easy receipes without a lot of clamor about how good it is for you.
Rating: - Refreshing
For anyone who hasn't tried to make raw food meals, this is a good book to start with. Surprisingly, many of the recipes are excellent. It's not just fruit and nuts and berries. I particularly liked the raw food version of zucchini spaghetti and tomato sauce. If you're thinking of trying a raw food diet, I highly recommend starting with the easy recipes in this book.
Rating: - Great Recipes,Well Organized
I am really enjoying this well designed recipe book. It covers everything I need to begin a raw foods lifestyle.
Rating: - Easy recipes with a few common ingredients- great for the beginning raw-foodie!
After reviewing many raw-food books, I ultimately decided to purchase this one as most reviews stated that it was a great start to a raw-food lifestyle. They certainly weren't lying! This book is a great way to branch out into raw foods or even to just include more veggies and fruits in your diet. The recipes are easy to understand and follow; and best of all, they do not require many unusual ingredients or costly items like dehydrators, etc. that many of the other raw books do. I recommend it highly and reference it often.
Rating: - It's okay
This is my least favorite of my raw food collection. I had to have it because it got such good reviews but I feel like the recipes are not detailed enough and they are kind of boring.
