Although new to QuickBooks, I quickly realized I made a HUGE mistake after shelling out hundreds of dollars. I was clearly promised tax forms, which it WILL NOT print. It will only print the recipient's info, not the actual form itself. Every call I've made for help has always ended up with, We're sorry!, you didn't purchase tech support so we can't assist you"
QuickBooks is NOT new user friendly no matter what any accountant says! Intuit offers them big discounts to use their products and it makes it easier when their clients also use the same software. What a crock! >>More Details |
