Greatly expanded, this edition has so many new things, it should have had a different title from the first! But this book also contains the old wisdom from the first edition: how cooked food is very addictive, and raw food simply doesn't have the mind-altering substances that make food become "comfort ... Read More:

New to raw food, this book is a great introduction. I like that there are MANY chefs who contributed and they share their stories as well. There are tons or recipes and helpful tips for both the new and seasoned raw food enthusiast.

This is a great little book telling the story of a family that refused to settle for the common path of illness. I thourghly enjoyed it as I have achieved healing of diabetes, high blood pressure and lost a ton of weight going on raw food. I highly recommend all of Victoria's books especially Green for Life.

And I don't care if some of the nuts in the recipes *are* soaked -- that's still an unacceptable level ... Read More:
