I love the kindle. I've had it for about weeks, and it's amazing. I take it everywhere with me, I tell everyone about it. It has sparked my interest in reading again. I love it's light weight, crystal clear screen and I could litterally, read for hours without getting tired. I can lay in bed, see the screen at any angle. I especially love that it appeals to left handers! As a lefty, NOTHING is made for me. Everything is on the right side and it seems as though nothing is made for lefties. There are both page forward button and a page back button on the left hand side. It's great! The cons: The buttons are too sensitive. It took some getting used to and I find myself always bumping those buttons. 2) There is no back light. I went to target and ... Read More:

I'm not sure why people think it deserves a 1 star rating just because they don't have Vista yet. Not really fair if you ask me. The product itself I am a fan of works great. Battery life is better then most.

I've purchased many Kingston flash drives, and I've only ever had one DOA (though they issued an RMA promptly - good service). It was a 2GB, and I worried about the quality of their higher-capacity drives after that. However, the price on this 8GB was good, so I took the plunge and bought two. I have not been disappointed with either one! In fact, the write speed is about twice what I usually see on my 1GB versions of this drive! Highly recommended, especially to those who don't want to bother with U3 or need ReadyBoost. This drive is a solid performer.

Problem free. I use this in my Kingston MobileLite USB adapter and they work well with every computer I've plugged them in to. I also have Kingston 2GB SD, 2GB MicroSD, and 1Gb MicroSD, all have performed problem free.

This camera caught my eye as a great replacement for my aging Canon PS A80.
My main concerns were battery life and durability. The A80 uses four AA's and good battery life and has stood the test of time. The A590IS uses only two AA's which makes it a little bit smaller, which makes it more pocketable, and with the newer battery technologies is very acceptable as far as battery life.
The A80 takes great pictures with a mere 4meg pix so the upgrade to 8 was not a selling point. The 590 does have a little bit better video capability which was a selling point.....and the recent low price definately sealed the deal.
At any rate this is a great little camera and should please most newbies and the majority of older Canon PowerShot owners.

I purchased these hdmi cables from amazon based on a PC mag review saying "hey, don't waste your money. Cables are cables are cables." That's true. These work(ed) just GREAT
until my house got cold. I live in a cabin, actually, with only wood heat. and the night of the election, when I was GLUED to the TV, I lost video/audio at every crucial point. I thought it was weather interference with my dish, but then I discovered that if I changed inputs from hdmi to rca cables, everything was fine. There seems to be a correlation between the temperature of my house and the connection in the cable (my house gets really cold where the TV is, near a window and on an exterior wall).
So if you're in SoCal or Florida or Texas or somewhere that doesn't go below ... Read More:

Life saver. Took me a year to try it out after getting it for a gift. Now never go on extended trip without it. Just got back from Orange County,Ca & could never have found places without it. Very easy to use ... absolutely no complaints.

I own several of these cards, and they're an incredible bargain. Whether it be taking video, or taking pictures, I've never had a problem using it in several different cameras. It is fast enough to shoot video without a problem, and it is much faster than my standard Sandisk SD cards. There are faster cards out there, but nowhere near this price. Highly recommended.

I bought this memory card for my Canon SD1100is, it works great and at 8MP can hold about 1,900 pictures. If only I would have waited until they came out with the frustration-free packaging for this! That was by far the most annoying part, trying to get into the thing. Do yourself a favor and buy the one with the new packaging! --> Transcend TS8GSDHC6E 8 GB SDHC Card (SD 2.0 SPD Class 6) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging] Oh, I should also add that amazon is the best place to buy any kind of memory card. I've compared prices with stores and they're always about twice as much there as on amazon. The money you can save is worth waiting a day or two to get it.
