10 months ago I started a weight loss competition with a large group of friends. My "secret weapon" was Alli - in addition to a healthy diet and lots of exercise. A few months later, I was the winner at 49lbs lost!
But I kept going, because I had momentum. After a few more months, I was down 80lbs from my starting weight. Over the last 3 months, I've held my weight steady before continuing to lose more. And unlike most of the people in our weight loss competition, I haven't put any weight weight back on because I continue to avoid junk food and I continue to take Alli after eating out or having a not-as-good-for-me meal. i really like these bars with a cup of coffee or tea. great in between snack very filling. not real crazy about the choc chip but none the less a real satisfier and not dry tasting

I bought this about 6 months ago and it died. It all started about 2 days after i bought it. Whenever i would hit the big button to turn on the light on the watch it would make the numbers impossible to see. I thought it was a normal reaction to dying batteries, so i replaced them (I had just received the watch). That seemed to fix the problem for about 1 week. then it started to get worse and worse. I replaced the battery 2 more times (making this bargain watch less bargain). Then yesterday it died completely when i tried to turn on the light on the watch. I will go with a polar next time. it may be more expensive, but my friends who have them are still using them while i am burying mine in the back yard in a solemn ceremony tonight. 'Ave Maria'

I have yet to find a kid that does not LOVE these fruit twists!!! Even the pickiest of kids seems to love them. They are healthy, delicious and made with really awesome ingredients! Also, they are great for diabetic kids to keep in their backpacks for when their blood glucose levels get low. The only flavor I did not care for was the pineapple... but it was still leagues better than the any of the fruit roll-ups brand.

Though this product has a great innovative idea.. (why didn't anyone think of doing this before???) I still think it falls short of any real benefits. The label reads:

As a pretty consistent gym-goer (5 or 6 days a week) and someone who spends a lot of time reading, researching and focusing on nutrition I would definitely recommend ON Whey Gold Standard for any lifter or somebody looking to get more protein in their diet. It is also rated the highest on Bodybuilding.com.

I have been using Benecol chews for several months now. I am one of those who absolutely cannot take statins to lower my cholesterol. The statins will lower my cholesterol...but they cause a lot of other problems. I do not know if the Benecol alone would lower my cholesterol because I am on Niaspan also, but my total cholesterol is down, my HDL is up, my LDL is down as well as my triglycerides. The number and size of my LDL particles has also decreased greatly. Research has now determined the more particles you have, the more likely they are to stick together and therefore cause blockages. Give Benecol a try. I will continue to use them. I also use Benecol spread that can be found at most grocery stores. Good luck!

I've never felt passionate enough about a product to write a review, but I feel like this product saved my life. About 2 years ago (at 33 yrs. old) I was diagnosed with a "lupus-like" autoimmune disorder, and was in severe pain. (Joint pain, fatigue, chest pains, muscle twitching, shortness of breath, internal trembling, etc.) I was put on NSAIDs, which helped lessen the symptoms, but I still felt like I was headed toward disability fast. I was in pain every day, and was getting sick (bronchitis, etc.) every few weeks. My husband met someone with similar symptoms, who recommended this product. I am a mother of 3 whose youngest child is 21 months old. I was 38 years old when I had the last child and it had been difficult losing the weight. While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.
