I bought this cup four months ago. It worked great, the coffee stayed hot, and only occasionally would it leak. But the lid would get stuck from time to time, until it broke in half, making the cup unusable.

I love this thermos. It keeps my water cold for over 24 hours. This is the second one I bought -- I lost the first one. My only complaint is that the first one I bought had a netting carrier which enabled me to carry it over my shoulder. For some reason, the second time I bought it, the netting carrier was not available so now I have to carry it by hand or put it in my briefcase.

Well built and keeps my coffee very hot. While not spill proof but spill resistant this cup does a great job. I wish it held more coffee but at the same time I had to make sure it would fit in my smaller sized drink holders in my Corvette. This cup fits perfectly.

I was first drawn to this product when I found out that it has a special loose tea compartment, which was exactly what I was looking for.
The basket holes are a little wide, so fine pieces from herbal teas will fall through, but overall it does the job. As for coffee: it makes two cups from my french press, pours into a starbucks "tall" and leaves room for milk. So for coffee or tea, this little thermos is perfect to take anywhere. works great keeps coffee hot long enough for me let stand for an hour and it was still hot. filter works ok but will un screw if you mess with it left coffee in it for a few days to season the stainless and get rid of the metallic flavor from the first pot

I gave this puppy a test run the firat day i owned it. At 8pm I made a full kettle of hot tea, depositing most of it into the Thermos. I drank it throughout the next day, and at 5pm it was still sufficiently hot I had to sip it. Virtually no loss in heat whasoever. I have yet to try it for cold liquids, but that is not what I bought it for. I opened it five or six times across the 21-hour period over which it held the tea, and this did not cause any issue with heat retention. Great product, best thermos I have ever had. Goes particularly well with the Thermos Nissan 12oz. travel tea mug I bought. These guys really know their stuff.

Hey....IT'S JUST COFFEE!!!
But you want it to stay hot and get enough in one cup to wake you up and get you goiong. This 18 ouncer does it. Once you figure out how much coffee to put in the tumbler (add sweetner, cream, milk ect.) without overfilling this is a good choice for the person who needs 18 not 12 or 14oz of coffee in the morning. If you overfill when you screw the cap down you get spill over and this can be quite messy. Coffee stays hot a long time, no staining and (because of the dual wall system) stays cool outside. 1 star off for price. I'm cheap. I think a coffee cup like this should cost $14. The reviews I read rated this "cup" highly, but I was suprized when I received it. This is not just a travel mug, it is a thermos bottle in the shape of a mug. Keeps the hot side hot and the cold side cold. I use mine every day. (Espresso is a great color, too!)
