With a little experimentation makes great yogurt. Found that about 6 hours is about right. Use it at least once a week. Recommend using an organic yogurt as a starter, but I have also used the homemade yogurt. It tends to be a bit runnier made this way however. Would definitely buy again.

i have had this machine for about a month now and its my first espresso machine. so far i love it. i think it makes a very nice shot with a nice carmel colored crema. my barista friend who uses a comercial machine from when he owned a coffee shop says it looks as good as his. this is a totally manual machine however so its up to you to run the machine to extract just how you want the shot to end up. only drawback i have is frothing 2 cups of milk back to back, you need to let the machine recover a few minutes before doing the second cup. so when i make one for me and my gal i go ahead and make the two shots and then froth one milk and let her have it and while its recovering i clean up my mess and then hit mine. i think other than being a little ... This mitt is wonderful with the iron skillet I purchased! It has definitely saved on the amount of burns I get from grabbing the handle without it!

I love a glass of good wine with dinner... OK, sometimes two. Much to my doctor's relief, I don't drink a whole bottle at one sitting. To save the leftover wine, I use the Vacu-vin system. It's extremely affordable, the toppers are reusable, and it's much more convenient than some of the higher priced vacuum systems (or the nitrogen spray). Plus it's a fun workout pumping out the air! Make sure you get the pump, too.

I bought one for my wife in October 2008. She absolutely loves it...so does my daughter. They've had waffles for breakfast every day since. She mixes batter, 3 days worth at a time, using oatmeal as the base and throws in a few cranraisins. We've had family over and cooked them up a batch and they loved them - these are picky people too. I highly recommend
this product....especially with the price at amazon.

I just received the Fasta Pasta and made whole wheat spaghetti that came out perfect. This is great for a single guy who doesn't want to watch a pot come to a boil then have to wash the pot and strainer. Simply measure your pasta, add the right amount of water and then let the microwave do its thing. No mess, no humidity. I love this product and will purchase more for gifts...Thanks for saving me time and simplifying my life.

I bought this cup four months ago. It worked great, the coffee stayed hot, and only occasionally would it leak. But the lid would get stuck from time to time, until it broke in half, making the cup unusable.

I am very disappointed with this product because after a few weeks of use, the paint on the heating element is peeling off and there are scratches visible.
Unfortunately, I do not think this product will last me very long.

This is a great tool for BBQing. You can watch the temp of two different kinds of meat at the same time. Very acurate and easy to use. Our food came out so tender and not charred, and we were inside watching TV!

I've looked and checked out many other pressure cookers before buying this one. From the costly ones in department stores to others online. Department stores prices were to high and I couldn't get any product information from the sales people I would talk with. After reading the reviews here I decided to purchase the Presto. Best choice I've made. The arrival was within a few days. The Cooker is great looking after using it for four different meals. We have enjoyed a delicious pot roast, chicken with veggies, and a hard to cook oxtail stew. There was no problem with reading the directions on how to use. I did it without my husband my assistance. (he's better with gagets). I am planning on using it at least once a week for hardy winter meals.
