It's light, has nice rubber tips on the feet, has leg braces, folds up into a nice small package, has a carry bag, and easily adjusts to use either standing or sitting, with TWO height adjusters so you can make it really low, or extra high. It has the traditional "wind wires" on the tray, but more importantly has "wings" on each upper corner that can be used to support extra size pages, or pulled around to be retaining clips. I've owned two other folding music stands and neither was even close to this one in either functionality or quality of construction.

I played the flute in middle and high school....I haven't played in 6+ years now. So, when my church wanted me to play for them, I whipped out my old flute...and it didn't work. Thankfully I found this flute, it is excellent....the tone and quality are great and the price is even better.

I'm a jazz pianist by training and profession who has recently begun work on drumming issues. This little practice pad has met my expectations, as I have no need for a full set. The pad/stand assembly is very stable and sturdy, and the pad itself has excellent "rebound" action, which approximates a ride cymbal. The sticks that are included are size 5A, which are a bit large for me, so I bought some jazz sticks and am using those instead. I'm working on rudiments, 3 against 4 cross-rhythms, and press-rolls which are an extension of my work as a pianist. After a short time, I've been able to go into drum stores and actually make music, which is surprising, after all of these years at the piano. Kudos to the manufacturer for this fine product. ... I've been playing the trumpet for about 10+ years now, and use this trumpet primarily for rehearsal settings. It's a good beginner trumpet, and a good rehearsal trumpet, but if you have been playing the trumpet for more than 3 years, then consider getting a professional trumpet. (Even though they're much more costly) This is a fairly decent trumpet for the price. Nice finish, durable case, valves a little crammed--however a good valve oil should solve it.
