I have a lot of leaves every fall and needed something other than a gas blower. They are just too heavy for me nowadays. So I bought the Cordless Electric Broom from Black and Decker. What a great job it does even if they are wet on the driveway. I am really happy with it. I also just bought another one for my 84 year old neighbor as his gas blower was just too heavy for him too. I would very much recommend it to anyone who has leaves!

I love the idea of having the time on the wall at night. As for the daytime illumination, it is very difficult to see. This would be excellent if they put a little more time into perfecting the daytime display when you cannot see the seeling display.

I have had aqua globes for about 5 months now, and they've worked well with my tall indoor plants. The globe stems are too tall to use in smaller plants, however - so unfortuantely I couldn't use them for my plants on top of cabinets in kitchen which is why I bought them in the first place. (For those I'm now using plant nanny globes....slightly more expensive but the stem sits flush with the dirt in the plat, so only the actual globe is above dirt - works MUCH better for smaller plants).
Aqua globes are a bit hard to fill since they have such narrow stems (I can't seem to get plant food mixture into them via watering can unlike plant nanny globes which are much easier), but as long as you use a pen or such to dig a hole in the dirt ... Read More: >>More Details |

I bought this to make more space in the shed that we use for storage of the family's four bikes. It works, but it is not easy for the average 5th grader to use.
Application: Lift a 28 pound bike high enough to put another similar road bike underneath it. Make this easy enough that a 5th grader can do it. Result: 5th grader can accomplish this, but it is difficult enough that both she and her mother complain about it. Thus, the 3 stars. This unit makes the job possible, but not easy. Issues: 1. In the aftermath of an early fall (leaves still on the trees) snow storm that put down 35" of wet heavy snow and devastated a number of trees, I immediately ordered this saw. Now after 8 truck and trailer loads of limbs and almost a chord of firewood cut I could not be more pleased. It has required nothing more than a chain tightening, some bar oil and electricity. It cuts as well as my gas saw but is light and comfortable to use.

This product is teased with the LH4500 Leafhog but DOES NOT FIT IT. Why would you even put this product on the same page as the 4500 it was listed as buy the 4500 and this and this together. Great job Amazon next time do your research

Several of the Xantrex inverters including this one have much looser frequency specs compared to the last generation of inverters which were typically 60 Hz +/- 0.01%. Many of the current crop of these inverters have 60 +/-4 Hz which is 60 Hz +/- 7%. To be fair, I've noticed a number of inverters made by other companies also have relaxed this spec. I measured the output frequency of several models and found their outputs to range from 58 Hz to 64 Hz. I didn't test to see if the frequency changed with temperature, input voltage, load, or other other factors. I suppose the reason for this change in specs is that these manufacturers are now cost cutting to the extent of eliminating a 30 cent quartz crystal. I received this about a month ago, and it has been a life saver. I have chronic pain in my back, and car rides are awful for me. This last weekend I went to Kansas City, MO (from South Dakota) and had very little trouble on the car ride. I know it is because I was able to use my heating pad in the car! I love this produce and would recommend it to anyone.

NOT SO GOOD TRANSMITTER & RECEIVER WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK. THEN TRANSMITTER SHUT DOWN. NEW BATTERY, TWICE, MADE NO DIFFERENCE. UNABLE TO FIND A PATH TO CONTACT AMAZON. DID FIND A PATH AT OREGON SCIENTIFIC WHICH PROMISED A RESPONSE WITHIN 4 DAYS. BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. RECEIVER STILL WORKS FINE BUT GIVES ONLY INDOOR TEMP. TRANSMITTER WAS IN SHELTERED SPOT AND SUFFERED NO DAMAGE OTHER THAN ZOMKING OUT.
