I consider myself pretty techie but this software is hard to use. I see a recipe I'd like to add to my menu plan and I have to go out of the cookbook and back into the menu plan and add it. I'm not expecting drag and drop (although how cool would that be?) but tedious to build a plan. Then menu plan vs. meal plan and confusing term swaps. It also wants to add ingredients in it's own way--making me tab through to add things the way I want (cheese in ounces vs. slices). Maybe I didn't study it enough but I've just been very challenged in using it so far. I'm sticking with my pencil and paper and xerox copies of recipes I like!

The cards print fold well and show good color for a matte finish. But for some reason they have a very hard time feeding in my Epson printer. I have to help them one sheet at a time.

I have a 7 year old daughter and this product has helped to motivate her to want to continue lessons and practice. She has a lot of fun with it!

It has all the issues, every page, perfect quality. You cant complain there, the price is low compared to that. Your only problem will be the boring and long beginning issues.
Flaws: ugly interface, for 50 bucks I could definitely have created a more satisfying menu for the costumers the cross overs will be tough to follow, since it's techincaly 40 years of UNCANNY X-men. But whatever. Still they couldve done better. Really, though. SO worth it! >>More Details |

This was recommended at a workshop I attended. It's what I was expecting except for the number of songs that came with it. I was expecting a larger number of titles, although I can't complain since there are 12 more free downloads that come with the package. Some of the lyrics are not the standard lyrics so it's confusing for someone who knows the traditional lyrics.

The kit is basically easy to use and you can get started without having to read too many instructions. It takes up a lot of memory. I've used it for a couple of projects and they've come out fairly professionaly done. The e-mail postcards are next to worthless and are basically free advertisements for Hallmark which turned me off to the whole set. If I pay for it, I don't want to become a walking billboard from some corporation.

This game is good for the price---the first 3 games are good for beginners, the last 3 are a little more challenging. The games aren't real exciting, but good enough.

The MIDI/USB cable works as advertised, and I'm able to record music easily. The problem is, I bought this software to learn to PLAY piano...and it's entirely useless. The educational software is not compatible with Windows Vista, and the publisher does not offer product support for Vista users.
I've tried every conceivable method to get this software to work on Vista, and it's a no-go. I even tried changing compatibility settings with no luck. I'm sure the software works great on older computers, but if you're running Vista, find something else. >>More Details |

I would really prefer a lesson were the video plays most of the time. This is mostley reading the screen, which is very small and they are so paraoid that you will copy it that they disable printing, The video really does not help much and i have been through half of the course. I personally would reccomend metal method with doug marks over this.
